Derek Stamoulis is an international presenter, executive coach, leading educator, management consultant, public speaker, published author and facilitator with over two decades of theoretical and practical learning experience. He is passionate about developing individuals who will make a difference to their organisations and building organisational capability.
Derek Stamoulis has spoken at events hosted by some of the world’s largest international management and training organisations. He has presented programs in Australia, the United States and Asia and collaborated with people from some of the world’s leading organisations.
Derek has lectured in the tertiary sector for over two decades and currently teaches in Leadership, Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership and Change Management, Contemporary Management Skills and Leading and Managing People in the Master of Business Administration program at a five-star rated University in Australia.

He is a past President of the Postgraduate Students’ Association. He is/has been a member of Youth Advisory Boards, a state level adjudicator in Debating and Public Speaking, and leadership coach at Australian Football League Level.
Derek Stamoulis is committed to continuous learning. He has studied at Doctoral Level and has degrees in Arts and Business Administration, as well as Diplomas in Business Management, Education, Professional Counselling, Project Management, Public Relations, Retail Management and Training and Assessment.
Derek has extensive teaching experience – University, TAFE, and RTO - and has provided strategic and learning solutions across a diverse range of industries.
Wendy Dewis is Manager of Learning at Leadership Learning Dynamics. She has over twenty five years experience in finance management, sales, office administration and management, human resource management and retail across a diverse range of organisations in both the public and private sectors.
Her industry experience includes hospitality, information technology, training, recruitment, retail, medical, and building and construction.
In addition to her work in industry areas, Wendy has also held positions of senior responsibility in finance and training as well as the leading the HR functions for several small to medium sized organisations. She has held the position of a financial controller.
Wendy has had extensive corporate experience. She possesses a clear understanding of current organisational requirements. Her work not only includes the training of managers and their staff, but also the coaching of individuals on a one to one basis to increase their capability and performance.
Wendy has the ability to connect with people. With a high emotional intelligence score, she is an excellent communicator and a relationship builder. Her high level and disciplined thinking and analytical skills enable her to be as competent in the areas of finance, information technology, management, retail and project management, as she is in coaching and training.
Wendy is proficient in strategic human resource management, auditing and compliance. She has assisted organisations in the development of policy and procedures and compliance. She has also helped registered training organisations meet compliance standards. In addition, she has been involved in governance reviews at a state level.
